Work pattern: 36 hours per week, All year round (52 weeks)
Salary information: Scale 6, £34,416 - £35,448 per annum (depending on experience)
Work hours: Term time; Monday - Thursday, 10:15am - 6:30pm and Friday, 10am - 6pm. School Holidays; Monday to Thursday, 8am - 4:15pm and Friday, 8am - 4pm (with 1 hour unpaid break)

We are seeking a hands-on, proactive, responsible, trustworthy and safety conscious person who is self-motivated and resourceful. The ideal candidate will be computer literate with good written and verbal communication skills. They will have previous experience or training in one or more of the following: general maintenance, plumbing, electrical/ building maintenance, heating systems, grounds work. We require someone calm, who is confident when dealing with people and who is willing to go the extra mile to get the job done, a multi-tasker who will show initiative in an ever-changing school environment.
