Contract type: Full time, Permanent
Salary information: SO1, £33,351 - £34,341 per annum
Working pattern: 36 hours per week, All year round (Shift pattern TBC)
Working hours: Monday - Friday, 7 - 7.5 hours per day, within a range of 6.30am - 6:00pm

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated Site Manager here at Rabbsfarm Primary School.
You will need to be trustworthy, flexible, take pride in your work and be able to work with all members of the school community. You will work under the direction of the Headteacher, with responsibilities for caretaking of the school site to ensure safety, security and sound condition of the buildings, facilities and grounds.
Rabbsfarm Primary School is a friendly and welcoming 3 form entry school with a 45 place nursery in the heart of a vibrant community in the Yiewsley area of Hillingdon. We are an inclusive and caring school where children and staff flourish together. The school is 8 years old and is in excellent condition thanks to the hard work and commitment of the current site team and whole school community – it really is a beautiful school.
There is some flexibility in when the hours are worked, but they are predominantly likely to be for 7 to 7.5 hours per day, Monday to Friday within a range of 6.30am – 6:00pm. The actual hours will be determined on a weekly and monthly basis in conjunction with the Headteacher.
Our new Site Manager will:

- Possess a proven working knowledge of building maintenance, decorating and general caretaking.
