Service Premium Mentor 

Contract type: Specific Purpose contract - to support Service Pupil Premium children
Work pattern: 10 hours per week, Term time only (38 weeks) 
Further work pattern information: Working hours include running an After School Club until 4:30pm 1 day a week
Salary information: Scale 3 (Outer London), £6,660 - £6,755 per annum (dependent upon experience)
Start date: ASAP for Summer Term 2025 
 
This is a Specific Purpose contract and will terminate when its specific purpose ceases or diminishes. 

We are currently looking for an exceptional candidate to support our Service children and families at Ruislip Gardens Primary School. We are looking to appoint a committed, flexible, energetic and enthusiastic person to provide a complementary service to our teachers by addressing the needs of our service children who need particular help to overcome barriers to learning both inside and outside the school. There is some flexibility around the actual working hours which will be across 2 days and during the school day; on 1 of these days the post holder will run an After School Club for Service children and will be required to work until 4:30pm.
