Work Pattern: 39 weeks per year (Term time only + 5 training days);
Actual Salary: Salary according to experience will be at Scale Point 7-10; £19,970 - £20,480 p.a.

Oak Wood School is looking to appoint a well organised Seclusion Officer. This role will provide support for pupils who are struggling to fully engage in education. The successful candidate will support pupils on issues including behaviour, engagement and attendance. The ability to communicate effectively with pupils, staff and parents is imperative in ensuring that effective pastoral support is provided for all pupils. Previous experience working with young people facing barriers to learning will be advantageous for the role.
