Work Timing: Minimum of 200 hours per annum, determined by the governing body.
Salary: Scale POA - POC; will be pro-rated according to hours worked, and depending on acquired knowledge, skills and experience.

The Governing Body of Grange Park Junior School is seeking an efficient and organised person with administration skills for the post of School Governance Co-ordinator (SGC).
The SGC is the official channel of communication to and from the governing body. The SGC convenes meetings, takes and distributes governing body meeting minutes, maintains attendance records, offers procedural advice and guidance during and between meetings, and takes any follow up action as required or as directed by the governing body. The role involves other activities as detailed in the job description. The ideal applicant will have strong proven admin and organisation skills from a professional setting, and would be committed to developing in this role with training and support from the offset.
Additionally, the right candidate will be:
- highly proactive;
- an excellent and clear communicator;
- efficient and organised with proven administration and ICT skills.
And also have:
- regular access to a computer with e-mail facilities;
- an interest in education.
Governing body meetings are held in the evenings and during the day on the school premises.
