School Business Manager
Salary information: Scale POC, £49,631 - £53,578 per annum (depending on experiece)
Work pattern: 36 hours per week, Term Time Only + 4 weeks (42 weeks)
Work hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:12pm
Start date: September 2025

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Strategic Leadership: Drive efficiency, compliance, and innovation across non-teaching functions.
- Financial Management: Oversee budgets, procurement, and financial planning.
- HR & Staff Development: Lead recruitment, compliance, and professional growth for support staff.
- Facilities & Site Management: Ensure our school remains a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained environment.
- Health & Safety & GDPR Compliance: Implement policies that safeguard our school community.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in finance, operations, or business management.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and contracts with a keen eye for detail.
- Knowledge of HR policies, safeguarding, and compliance.
- A proactive mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.
