School Administrator (Admissions and Data)

Hours of work: Monday - Thursday: 8.00am – 3.45pm and Friday: 8.00am - 3.30pm including 30 minute unpaid lunch break
Salary information: Starting salary NJC Scale 3, Point 5, £24,768 per annum, rising to NJC Scale 3, Point 6, £25,122 per annum
Work pattern: 36 hours per week, Term time + 5 INSET days + 5 days in August for public examinations results each year (39.6 weeks)

An exciting opportunity has arisen to appoint a School Administrator to work as part of a small team, providing a professional and accurate administrative service supporting school admissions and the work of the school data team.
This is an important role to us, and plays a key role in providing timely and effective support to the school admissions process and data provision. As well as leading on school admissions, the postholder will provide support to the school data team on a range of other projects. The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate strong administrative experience, coupled with confidence in interacting with stakeholders both on the telephone and in written communication. Working alongside the MIS and Data Managers, this is an ideal opportunity for an experienced, cooperative and proactive person who is equally happy working within a team and independently. Previous experience of working in a school environment and school admissions is desirable but not essential.
