SENDCoSalary information: MPR - UPR, £36,413 - £53,994 per annum (dependent on experience)

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic SENDCo to join our highly motivated staff at our school. We would expect the successful candidate to have completed the NPQSEN or National SENDCo Award qualification or be prepared to complete this within the first two years of joining us.

The successful candidate will:
- Skilled and experienced in supporting achieving the best possible outcomes for all vulnerable children.
- Knowledge in national policy, systems, procedures and strategies for pupils with SEND.
- Experience in supporting colleagues across the primary phase and responding to pupils with a range of needs including emotional and behavioural.
- Able to demonstrate the impact of provision of interventions across the school.
- Able to lead a team and facilitate appropriate and relevant training.
- An excellent communicator with all the stakeholders including pupils.
- Adaptable, flexible approach to working and able to work under pressure and own initiative as well as part of a team.
