SEN Teaching Assistant
Work hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 3.30pm (half an hour lunch included)
Work pattern: 32.5 hours per week, Term Time Only (39 weeks)
Salary information: £19,594 per annum + SEN allowance

An opportunity has arisen to work in our newly-established ARMS provision, The Acorn Centre. We are looking for a Teaching Assistant to become part of our passionate and committed SEN team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who would like to work with children with SEND.
You may be an experienced TA with a keen interest in supporting children with significant SEND or a graduate looking at gaining experience before embarking on teacher training or an Educational Psychology qualification.
You will need to have:
- An NVQ3 or equivalent qualification.
- Some experience of working with children especially those with special educational needs.
- An enthusiastic, positive approach.
- A commitment to team work.
- A good level of spoken and written English.
- Commitment to and support of our Pinner Wood Values.
Visits to the school are warmly welcomed.
