Salary information: POB, £46,669 - £50,744 per annum (dependent upon experience)

The Flourishing Together London West Early Years Stronger Practice Hub, covering the London West region (Hillingdon, Ealing, Hounslow Richmond, Kingston and Sutton) to deliver training to Early Years practitioners as part of the Government Best start in life strategy. McMillan Nursery school are the hub Lead for the Flourishing Together London West Stronger Practice Hub.
Job Purpose
The Project Manager will lead the operational delivery of the Flourishing Together London West Stronger Practice Hub, ensuring that all activities are delivered effectively, on time and within budget. The postholder will work closely with local authorities, early years providers, delivery partners and national stakeholders to promote evidence-informed practice and improve outcomes for children across the region.
The Project Manager will oversee programme planning, stakeholder engagement, communications, monitoring and evaluation, grant management and reporting requirements. They will ensure that the Hub meets all contractual obligations and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the Department for Education (DfE) and the Ambition Institute.
The role requires a highly organised individual with strong project management skills, the ability to build effective partnerships and a commitment to improving quality across the early years sector.
