Contract type: Full time, Permanent
Work pattern: 36 hours per week, All year around (52 weeks)
Salary information: Scale 6, £32,925 - £33,957 per annum (dependent upon experience)
Start date: September 2024

Grange Park Infant & Nursery School is a successful, multi-cultural school with excellent resources and is fully supportive of professional development. Our last Ofsted inspection found the school to be good with outstanding features. We are a large infant school with separate nursery building. 

We are looking to appoint an experienced and professional Premises & Project Manager to work with the Senior Management Team and take the school forward in its next phase of building improvements.

The main purpose of the job is to:
  • Be responsible for the strategic management of the site and premises and the active management of capital and other projects. Ensuring standards are achieved within each programme, contract and budget.
  • Provide proactive management of the school site to ensure outstanding facilities at all times.
  • To ensure cleaning specifications are met to the highest level possible, and provide a safe and secure environment for the pupils, parents, staff and users at all times.
The successful candidate must be qualified and have a proven track record in a similar environment. The ideal candidate must be enthusiastic and self motivated, and have a flexible approach to the role including being hands on as required.
