Premises Manager

Contract type: Full time, Permanent
Work pattern: 36 hours per week
Salary information: Starting at SO1, £35,575 per annum

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Premises Manager to work within a large, successful primary school. We are an ‘outstanding’ school and are determined to maintain this status for our pupils, who deserve an excellent education. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience of premises management, including managing all aspects of premises health and safety and site security, and have an interest and willingness to apply their skills within the education sector. They will have experience of managing staff and contractors appointed to carry out premises related tasks.

We are proud to be part of the Elliot Foundation Multi Academy Trust - an established primary specialist MAT. The successful candidate will benefit from networking with other school Premises Managers and the MAT Estates Director for specific guidance and support.

  • Be a leader, committed to developing and maintaining professional relationships within school and with external contractors to provide an exceptional environment in which to learn and work.
