Premises Assistant
Salary information: Scale 3, £27,030 - £27,438 per annum (depending on experience)
Contract type: Permanent, Full time
Work pattern: 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Location: Grand Union Village, Ballinger Way UB5 6GG
Our Ballinger Way site is a brand new, purpose built special school for up to 80 primary aged pupils who have severe learning difficulties which may include autism. Grangewood School has relocated to the new Ballinger Way building while its current site (Fore Street, Pinner) is redeveloped. Then, 2025, Grand Union Village School (GUV) will open on the Ballinger Way site – some Grangewood pupils may remain as part of GUV and some will return to the redeveloped Fore Street.
We are looking to appoint a conscientious and diligent Premises Assistant to start asap. They will be part of a team, responsible for the new school building and grounds, maintaining the highest possible standards, so as to provide an appropriate, safe and secure environment for pupils and staff.
The ideal candidate must be enthusiastic, self-motivated, flexible and willing to participate fully in the life of a special school.
