Pastoral Mentor
Salary information: G5, £25,832 - £27,503 per annum (depending on experience)
Work pattern: 35 hours per week, Term time only (38 weeks)
Work hours: Monday - Friday, 8:15am - 4:15pm (1 hour unpaid break)
Start date: September 2025

We are seeking a Pastoral Mentor to join our outstanding team at Pinner Wood School. This is a unique and impactful role, central to supporting the emotional, social, and behavioural development of our pupils.
Job Overview
As our Pastoral Mentor, you will play a vital role in promoting the wellbeing, safety, and personal development of all pupils in our school community. Working closely with children, families, staff, and external agencies, you’ll deliver targeted support and champion our core values: Step Up, Choose Kind, Heart of the Community, Enjoy Learning, Dream Big, Strength Through Positivity
Your support will help ensure every child feels safe, valued, and empowered to reach their full potential both in school and beyond.
