About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, dedicated, and inspiring Nursery Manager to lead our early years setting. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the nursery, ensuring high standards of care, education, and compliance with all statutory regulations. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate childcare professional to make a real difference in children's early learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strong leadership to a team of early years practitioners.
  • Oversee the planning and delivery of a high-quality EYFS curriculum.
  • Ensure the nursery meets all Ofsted requirements and maintains high safeguarding standards.
  • Monitor and evaluate practice to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Manage nursery budgets, occupancy, and staff rotas.
  • Build positive relationships with parents, carers, and the wider community.
  • Support staff development through coaching, training, and performance reviews.
  • Maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for all children.
Essential Requirements:
  • Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 5 or above desirable).
  • Proven leadership experience in an early years setting.
  • Excellent knowledge of the EYFS and Ofsted requirements.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Paediatric First Aid, Safeguarding, and DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain).
