Level 1 Special Support Assistants
Contract type: Permanent
Work pattern: 37.5 hours per week, Term Time Only + 5 Staff Training Day (39 weeks)
Hours of work: Monday, 8.30am - 4.30pm; Tuesday - Thursday, 8.30am - 4.00pm; Friday, 8.30am - 3.30pm
Salary information: NJC Grade 2-3, Points 2 - 5, £23,035 - £24,083 per annum (actual salary, dependent on experience)
Start date: ASAP
We are looking for versatile, resilient and committed Level 1 Special Support Assistants to work alongside class teachers, assisting the children and young people with their work and supporting with student behaviour whilst establishing effective relationships with both students and staff.
You will be someone who is able to learn, develop and adapt practices quickly and efficiently. You will be required to support across all key stages acting as a role model and responding to individual needs.
We are looking for people who want to make a difference and be part of an inspiring and creative team whilst assisting students in their learning.
