Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)

Salary information: Scale 5, £24,555 - £25,651 (Outer London) per annum (dependent upon experience)
Work pattern: 32.5 hours per week, Term Time + 5 training days (39 weeks)
Start date: ASAP
the successful candidate will have the drive and determination to assist us on our journey towards being an outstanding school and will work across our Mainstream, Specialist Resource Provision and Assessment Centre settings.

- Is passionate about children’s learning and can demonstrate the characteristics that are required to raise pupil attainment and accelerate their progress.

- Is caring, approachable and will have a commitment to working in partnership with parents and the local community.
- Is enthusiastic and will work well as part of a team who plan and work closely together.
- Will be a creative and active contributor to school life.
- Possesses excellent organisational and communication skills and has the ability to motivate and support colleagues.
