Salary information: (Group 3) L16 - 22, £75,049 - £86,803 per annum (dependent upon experience)

Keep Hatch Primary School is a thriving two-form entry primary school in Wokingham which is at the heart of the local community. The school is a ‘Good’ school with strong outcomes. Frays Academy Trust are looking to appoint an inspirational, motivated and driven leader for the school to continue to build on its success. Keep Hatch Primary School has a supportive and positive community who are all committed to helping the children achieve the best possible outcomes whilst developing a love of learning. The Head Teacher will have overall responsibility for implementing the current school improvement priorities, working with the school improvement team and Governing Body, as well as being responsible for the operational management and performance of Keep Hatch Primary School.
The successful candidate will play a key role in the strategic leadership of the school and the Multi Academy Trust as a whole.
