Finance Business Manager - Pinkwell Primary School

Salary/Grade: POC Points 39 - 43 (£47,802- £51,901 FTE)
Hours: 36 hours per week (Term time plus INSET plus 2 weeks = 42 weeks)
Contract: Permanent

Pinkwell Primary School is seeking to appoint an experienced individual to support with both strategic and operational financial responsibilities. The successful candidate will work as a leader within the administration team of the school and therefore flexible working is essential for the role.

This role is an exciting opportunity where the individual will be working within a growing collaborative approach to academy business and operations, working with colleagues in HR and Facilities Management as well as with Directors from The Elliot Foundation Academies Trust.

This post would be suitable for someone who has proven experience as a Business Manager within the education sector or either a qualified or trainee accountant within the public sector. Additionally, someone who can support and develop staff across the school and encourage new ways of working.

The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, the ability to assume full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the school’s budgets and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
