Early Years Practitioner (NVQ3 or CACHE Level 3 or NNEB)
Salary information: Scale 5, £19,494 - £20,364 per annnum (depending on experience)
Work pattern: 25 hours per week, Term time only + 5 INSET days (39 weeks)
Work hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 1pm
Start date: ASAP
McMillan is a community nursery school for 2–4-year-olds with wraparound care in the London Borough of Hillingdon, supporting over 180 place pupils to realise and achieve their full potential.

The role of the Early Years Practitioner:
- You will be a keyworker for a group of children and therefore take responsibility for their learning such as updating profiles, recording on their learning journeys etc.
- You will lead small group time sessions.
- Be responsible for the learning profiles for keyworker children.
