Early Years Educator (Level 2)

Salary information: Scale 5, £26,592 - £27,770 per annum (depending on experience)
Work hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4pm (with 30 minutes unpaid break)
Work pattern: 35 hours per week, Term time only (38 weeks)
Contract type: Permanent
Start date: April 2026

Our Early Years Educator will be:

Passionate about supporting young children by contributing to the planning, preparation, delivery and evaluation of learning experiences that will enhance children’s physical, intellectual, emotional, social and moral development
Ready to offer a comfortable, safe and stimulating environment which supports and reflects diversity amongst the children and ensures that all children have equal access to learning and development opportunities
Able to work well in a team, sharing ideas and supporting each other
Professional, friendly and approachable to families at all times, building trust and encouraging engagement
Excellent role models at all times
Ready to undertake further qualifications and training to support the role
