Data Administrative Assistant 

Salary information: NJC Point 7-10, Actual salary £13,206 - £13,815 per annum
Work pattern: Part-Time, 20 hours per week, Term time only + 5 inset days (39 weeks per year)
Contract type: Permanent 
Start date: Required from January 2024

Oak Wood School is looking to appoint a Data Administrative Assistant who has the ability to support the drive towards a data culture within the school and support with the efficient use of data across the school. You will be expected to work with efficiency, accuracy and effectiveness, supporting our data team in the effective use of assessment and data analysis for all Year groups. 

To be successful in this role you will be extremely well-organised, confident, and have the ability to be discreet and maintain confidentiality. You will need to be able to deal sensitively with a range of staff, have acute attention to detail and be able to work showing initiative. You must have demonstrable experience in a busy administrative role and may already possess some understanding of data management and/or assessment.

The successful candidate will have a good level of education and proven experience of working in a busy environment. Previous experience of working in a school would be beneficial. This opportunity would ideally suit someone is looking for a career working in a school and is willing to learn in both school data and school assessment systems.
