Cover Manager
Contract type: Permanent
Hours of work: Monday - Friday, 7.00am - 11.00am
Work pattern: 20 hours per week, Term time only + 5 training days (38.6 weeks)
Salary information: Scale 5, Point 12, £14,248 per annum raising to Point 17, £15,381 per annum
Start date: As soon as possible
An exciting opportunity has arisen to appoint a Cover Manager. The successful applicant will provide an efficient and professional organisation of the daily class cover arrangements to minimise the effect on student learning due to staff absence, and line manage 3 cover supervisors. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced, calm, confident and proactive person who wishes to develop their organisational, managerial and administrative experience. Previous experience of working in a school is desirable but not essential.
Vyners is a very popular and oversubscribed mixed eight form entry, 11-18 comprehensive school, situated in a pleasant residential area in North West London, bordering Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire. We have a track record of real success at all Key Stages.
