Salary information: Scale 4, Point 7, £20,559 per annum
Work hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 3pm (with unpaid breaks)
Work pattern: 30 hours per week, Term time only (38 weeks)
Contract type: Fixed term until March 2026
Start date: Required as soon as possible

The Inclusion Department is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Behaviour Support Assistant to join our hard working team. The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate initiative, flexibility and an ability to work cooperatively with staff and students. They will be expected to support students, aged 11-18 years of age, who experience a range of learning difficulties.

This is a fixed term position until 27th March 2026 and will be reviewed at the end of this period.

All staff are invited to do paid break duties at the rate of £15 per duty (depending on availability).
