- Has experience and/or knowledge of first aid.
- Is kind, caring and supportive, especially with children who come to welfare.
- Can multi-task and prioritise in a busy school environment.
- Has strong attention to detail.
- Communicates clearly and confidently – both in writing and in person.
- Works well in a team but is also confident working on their own.
- Builds positive relationships with children, staff and families.
- Is confident using IT systems like ARBOR, Medical Tracker, Word and Excel.
- Can work well with other professionals both inside and outside of school.
This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys working with children and wants to play a part in making their school experience a happy and safe one. If that sounds like you, we would love to hear from you.
