Salary information: L8 - L12, £63,117 - £69,236 per annum (depending on experience)

Working alongside other senior leaders you will play a significant part in the strategic and operational management, development and ethical catholic leadership of our school. You will ensure the achievement of our ethos, aims and objectives with a particular focus on the quality of education here at Botwell House Catholic Primary School.

We are seeking a dynamic, flexible and driven catholic assistant headteacher that can support the school community to achieve its vision for excellence for all children in this evolving world that we live in.
As Assistant Headteacher you will be instrumental in ensuring there is consistency, sequencing and rigour to our curriculum design which is underpinned by strong pedagogy so that all our children’s God-given talents are nurtured effectively.
We’re looking for a talented leader who:
- Is an advocate for every single child.
- Can drive the leadership of R.E as the core of the core curriculum.
- Ensures high quality inclusive teaching and learning through effective monitoring and coaching.
- Is an effective communicator at all levels.
- Can support our school mission statement and ethos.
- Has either extensive experience of a leadership role in a large catholic primary school or has been preparing for an opportunity such as this.
- Has a sense of humour!
