Assistant Head of School/Designated Safeguarding Lead
Working pattern: Full time (part-time considered)
Salary information: Leadership Scale L6 – 12 depending on experience (FTE: £53,637 - £61,623 per annum)
Contract type: Permanent
We are looking to appoint an excellent teacher and senior leader with vision, determination and the ability to work with the senior team, staff and governors to drive improvement and lead the school confidently into the future.
This role is an important one to focus energy and improvement across the school in teaching and learning and the quality of the curriculum. The successful candidate will contribute substantially to the improvement of teaching across the school, monitoring and supporting middle leaders to create exciting curriculum areas that deliver progress for all in terms of knowledge, character and skills of pupils. This role will involve working with classroom staff to develop outstanding teaching and learning practice across the school.
