Assessment Centre Teaching Assistant
For our Assessment Centre, the first one in Hillingdon.
Contract type: Permanent
Work pattern: 32.5 hours per week, Term time only + 5 training days (39 weeks)
Salary information: Scale 4, £22,858 - £23,859 per annum inclusive of Outer London Weighting (dependent upon experience)

We are looking to appoint a committed, energetic, and enthusiastic person to join our team of teaching assistants within the Assessment Centre Provision and work with our exceptionally inquisitive children.
The Assessment Centre is the first of its kind in Hillingdon, supporting 2-5 year olds who need an EHCP assessment. The post involves working as part of the Inclusion Team to provide support across the Assessment Centre for pupils with SEND.
We are seeking someone who:
- Has the drive, determination, and enthusiasm to enhance the learning experience and assessments across the Assessment Centre in our school;
- Possesses excellent organisational and communication skills, and has the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues;
- Has a commitment to working in partnership alongside parents and the local community;
- Is willing to undertake personalised CPD/training in order to support the children they work with.
